Program Overview                                                                                                     

What are the critical elements that make the difference between management and leadership – the factors that move you from managing a team to the executive suite.  This dynamic program has been developed to provide the knowledge and skills necessary to avoid missteps as you advance in your career.  Learning takes place in a comfortable, collaborative environment.  Sessions will begin with a two-day session and followed by 6 one-day sessions which take place on alternating weeks over the course of 3 months.  This structure allows you to fully engage with the learning, incorporating new skills in your current role while building a long-lasting network of peers.
